A RCM/ONB Consultant specializes in implementing and optimizing Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules within SAP SuccessFactors. Below is a detailed description of the role: Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules. Configure the system to align with the client's recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, candidate management, offer management, and new hire onboarding. Customize workflows, email templates, and notifications to meet business requirements. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment and onboarding needs, pain points, and goals. Map existing business processes to SuccessFactors functionalities and recommend best practices for optimization. Identify gaps and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience. System Integration: Integrate RCM and ONB modules with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals) and third-party systems (e.g., HRIS, background check providers). Ensure seamless data flow between systems using middleware or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Testing and Training: Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution meets business requirements. Provide training and support to end-users, including recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams, on how to use the RCM and ONB modules effectively.
